We're committed to getting your order to you quickly and safely. Here's what you need to know about our shipping process.

PRE-ORDER INFORMATION

Pre-Order Items

Some items are available on a pre-order basis. Pre-order items typically take 3–4 weeks to dispatch, though we aim to ship sooner whenever possible. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package every step of the way.

UK SHIPPING

Shipping Within the UK

• Orders ship via Royal Mail or Evri
• Delivery takes 2–3 working days from dispatch
• You'll receive tracking information once your order leaves our warehouse

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Shipping Worldwide

• Orders ship via DHL
• Delivery takes 5–12 working days from dispatch
• Please note: International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes depending on your destination country

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Return Window

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your items.

How to Return

Contact our customer service team at support@kirohoclo.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with a prepaid return label and instructions for sending your items back.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Making Changes

If you need to modify your order, please contact us immediately at support@kirohoclo.com. We can only make changes if your order hasn't already been dispatched.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, your order will be prepared for shipment and cannot be cancelled. However, you can return items once received using our standard returns process.
